Course 1:

Smoky Winter Squash Soup:
chipotle dusted pepitas, fried parsnip-sage

Harvest Wedge:
baby iceberg, pickled apples, crumbled blue, bacon-red onion gastrique, Pecan Vinaigrette.

Pan Seared Scallops:
creamed corn, pancetta, squash rounds

Local Mushroom Tarts:
local mushroom, caramelized pearl onion, herb crème fraiche

Course 2: 

Turkey Dinner 2-Ways:
cider brined breast, sausage brioche stuffing, cranberry-orange sauce, roasted squashes. | confit leg, brown butter mashed, sage pan gravy

Pan Seared Cod:
Sweet potato hash, roasted cauliflower, chervil Beurre blanc

House Smoked Ham:
smashed fingerling, roasted cippolini and apple, bruleed pineapple and mustard glaze

Stuffed Delicatta:
mushroom stuffing, creamed kale, pumpkin panko, beurre noissete.

Course 3:

Pumpkin Churro:
espresso crème, cayenne chocolate dip

Apple Pecan Cobbler:
ginger snap crumble, pecan whipped cream,

Chocolate Cream Pie Crème Brulee:
bruleed cocoa, graham cracker crust
