The Marchesi de' Frescobaldi is

the 90's and their wines are consistently
listed in the 'Top 100 Wines of
the Year', encouraging wine enthusiasts

DeLoach Vineyards
Ginny Lambrix, Director of Winegrowing
June 23, 2008
$105.00
per person
1975 marks the first
vintage of DeLoach Zinfandel, only
1,000 cases produced from Barbieri
Ranch from Cecil DeLoach, winemaker.
30 years later, DeLoach has evolved
from a small winery with a few fermenting
tanks and aging barrels to a state-of-the-art
facility designed for the specific
needs of each of the grape varietals
produced, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
and Zinfandel. Celebrating 3 decades
of wine making in the Russian River
Valley, DeLoach is now looking to
the future with a new focus on biodynamic
farming led by viticulturist Ginny
Lambrix. We look forward to Ginny's
visit to educate us on biodynamics
as well as to taste the incredible
Pinot Noir and Zinfandel from DeLoach.

Honig Vineyard and Winery
Michael Honig, Proprietor
August 25, 2008
$105.00
per person
In 1964, Louis Honig
purchased a 68-acre ranch in the
heart of the Napa Valley and planted
it with Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet
Sauvignon grapes. Leaving the estate
to his children and grandchildren,
the family rallied together in 1981
to produce several hundred cases
of Louis Honig Sauvignon Blanc as
a tribute to his legacy. The wine
won a Gold Medal at the Orange County
Fair, and thus, the winery was born.
Today Louis Honig's vision of bringing
his family together to share in
the beauty and bounty of Napa Valley,
while producing outstanding wines,
has become a reality. We are very
much looking forward to enjoying
these fabulous wines!

Far Niente
Larry Maguire, President and CEO
October 20, 2008
$115.00
per person
Nowhere is the
romance of the Napa Valley captured
more poignantly than in the stately
old stone winery located just south
of Oakville. One of California's
oldest wineries, it has been transformed
into a state-of-the-art winemaking
facility that combines the best
of both the old and the new worlds.
Upon completion of the winery in
1885, the name, Far Niente, translated
to 'without a care', was carved
in stone on the front of the building
where it remains to this day. The
winery continues to focus on producing
only the two varietal wines of Chardonnay
and Cabernet Sauvignon. We feel
very fortunate to welcome back Larry
to another winemaker dinner and
to taste his incredible wines!

Chambertin-Clos de Bèze,
Bonnes Mares, Grands Echézeaux.
He was one of the first to believe
in the future of Chablis. Since

Quintessa
Agustin Huneeus, Jr., President, Huneeus Vintners
December 22, 2008
$125.00
per person
The story of Quintessa
is really a story of destiny. That
this unique property that was quite
possibly the best parcel of land
in the Napa Valley, had laid untouched
for many years. In 1990 Agustin
and Valeria Huneeus purchased the
land and christened the property,
Quintessa: a name that alludes to
the five dramatic hills and five
distinct microclimates included
in the property's diverse geography.
In 2002, their dream of the Quintessential
Wine Estate, one vineyard that produces
one singular estate wine, was realized
with the opening of the winery at
Quintessa. Touted by Decanter and
given 4 stars for their 2003 vintage,
Quintessa already has quite a following.
Celebrate with us our 20th anniversary
of winemaker dinners by toasting
to our destiny...
