Most of the personal information we process is information that you or someone acting on your behalf knowingly provides to us. However, in some instances, we record or maintain personal information that we are able to infer about you based on other information you provide to us or on our interactions with you, or personal information about you that we receive from a third party.
In addition, we collect other personal information in certain cases, such as when you enroll in our frequent guest program or create a user profile, we will also ask you to provide your birthdate, and we will record an email address and password for you. Many of us are familiar with the adage “sharing is caring.” We believe that caring sometimes requires sharing, but under very strict rules of application. When you visit and interact with this site and other sites operated byTroca Hotels, we and third parties we have contracted with may collect non-personal information. As with most modern websites, our sites use “cookies” and other technologies to help us provide you with content relevant to you, to handle your requests, make your reservations and understand your usage of our site.
