Office Catering Assistant – P/T (Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:00pm) Excellent administrative and guest service skills are needed. Ability to type, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred. Responsible for assisting Director of Catering.
Guest Service Representative Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel. Posts charges to guestrooms, verifies credit cards, balances bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Assists in rectifying guests questions and concerns.
Restaurant Fine Dining Servers Greets and serves the guests according to company standards. Responsible for the familiarization of menu and prices. Prepares and delivers orders efficiently and quickly. Must have excellent guest service and communication skills and be available to work a flexible schedule.
Banquet Servers Responsible for the setup of the function rooms, as well as serving the meal courses as needed. Clears all tables after each function, and stores equipment in the proper place. Responsible for setting up coffee breaks and bars as needed. Must be able to handle all guest requests and be available to work a flexible schedule.
Spa Spa Supervisor Assists department in recruiting and scheduling staff and therapists, providing leadership for attendants and reservations staff, maintaining knowledge of all spa services, products and treatments. Training other departments about all spa services, products and treatments.
Kitchen Pastry Cook Reports to Executive Chef. Produces bakery items as needed using recipes as per daily production charts. Ensure products are presented attractively in a timely manner. Check that products are available for following day's production. Culinary school preferred. Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
