2016 is the second year of our 'Celebration of Craft Beer' dinner series! For each Beer Dinner we create a menu to highlight the beers that will be showcased each month. Our Chef crafts a menu that pairs perfectly with the featured brewery.

The Beer Reception starts at 6.30pm in the bar (featuring the first beer and 3 appetizers) and the 4 Course Dinner starts after.

It was more than a decade ago when Johannes von Trapp started thinking about starting a brewery at his family’s lodge in Stowe, Vermont. He had a dream to brew an American version of the tasty lagers he enjoyed so much during trips to the countryside near his ancestral Austrian home.

The first, freshly brewed beer at the original Sebago Brewing Company brewpub was poured in 1998. Craft beer in Maine was on the rise and there were three guys who wanted to build a great place to work and hang out. Four brewpubs and one brewery later, they are a local Maine favorite, known for their commitment to community, awesome staff, and creative craft beer and food!
